What can you say about a Post Office? The function of this building is purely utilitarian, but that doesn't mean it can't be interesting. Cutting the corners off delivers a little more light both to the workers inside, and to the people navigating the increasingly crowded street of Shinjuku. Its horizontal bands of glass work well with neighboring buildings and give it an anonymity that comes with conforming.
