Oji Paper Head Office

4-7-5 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo Japan

Vertical bands of concrete are accented by channels of dark glass, enhancing the vertical appearance of the Oji Paper Head Office. This building stands out because of its location on a Ginza side street. The facade is marked with a grid pattern, and the bottom of the glass channels is designed to look like a brick is missing from each -- a digital rounding in an analog world.
