A substantial office building with bold white horizontal spandrels contrasting with dark bands of windows. One side of the building features numerous right angles in order to create more corner offices and views over the heart of the city. Even though Tokyo has imported many Western skyscraper styles, this one it could have done without. This could be a building in Dallas or Toronto or anywhere. It does not adequately reflect the culture which it serves or the neighborhood in which is resides.
